I don't get it either. I have this Beedrill on my team, right? His stats are low. Real low. Lower than even a Surskit I have in the party too. Yet he freakin' kills everything that comes along. Even things that would take me more than one hit! So apparently, I have one mighty Beedrill.

Colored the blood to make it clearer that's what it was and to make it pop more. Hope it's not offensive. And clear. And funny. Heh. Guess whether or not it's funny would be important.

That's all I have to say on the matter.

The right weapon can make even the weakest into a threat. That's why I loved my Chikorita in PMD1 thanks to Bullet Seed.

The greatest weapon of all would have to be Pikachu (or any Electric-type) with Discharge. Got a Monster House? Zap 'em all!

Yeah, Pokemon with low stats can still be quite a threat in Mystery Dungeon... up until something actually attacks them. The Zigzagoon I have leading my Pickup team does fine as long as he doesn't take any hits, but he can get shredded in pretty short order.

@ Namm_killazilla: That or a Charizard with Heat Wave.

@Namm_killazilla If you want crowd control that is good, but if you want to go Rambo on a single person, Bullet Seed is my pick.

And Beedrill can come in handy if you're doing a Nuzlocke run too. I have a Beedrill named Sting(haha unoriginal I know) and he's been surviving since I caught him on Route 2.

@ Akuma: I have a reason for loving my Riolu with Quick Attack in PMD2.5(Explorers of Sky). It KILLS FREAKING EVERYTHING! XD

Reply blizzard (Guest), January 4th, 2011, 11:55 am

@galaxy you think riolu with quick attack is nasty try adaptability eevee base power 120!

Reply GalaxyTH, January 5th, 2011, 8:55 pm

@ Blizzard: I actually DO have that. I chose an Eevee as my partner in the game. XDD

@ Majin: I guess you could say your Beedrill is a... *puts on sunglasses* Survivor. YEEEEAAAAAAHHHHHHHH...

Reply ultralucario64, January 5th, 2011, 9:08 pm

oh god, i had an eevee partner in Sky, AND IT WAS SO DAMN ANNOYING BECUASE OF IT'S RUN AWAY ABILITY

Reply GalaxyTH, January 6th, 2011, 5:43 am

@ Ultra: Yeah, in the early stages of the game, it's a pain. But pretty soon, it's actually good to make use of as a tactic when it gets weak, because it runs at JUST the right time, meaning that it gets away from any hostile enemies. Which means that there's more room for you to take them out. And I'm referring to a Monster House room. XP

Reply ultralucario64, January 6th, 2011, 5:22 pm

HELL NO! if my eevee partner did that, i'd kill it, I CANT STAND THE MONSTER HOUSE ALONE T.T

....until i learn earthquake. =P

Reply Vye Brante, January 7th, 2011, 4:15 am

@ultralucario64: I usually end up fighting monster houses alone anyway because I get stuck in the entry way and my partners can't get by. And I don't have Earthquake or nothin'! Crap!

Reply qwerty (Guest), September 2nd, 2011, 4:06 pm

I feel your pain. I had an Eevee named Flare as my partner once.
*Fighting darkrai with no reviver seeds left*
Aggron used Metal Claw!
Flare's Run Away kicked in!
Rhyperior used Fire Fang!
Oh-No! Flare fainted!
