maybe its some sort of secret drug produced by the pokemon government? xD

The light just proves it does it. The healing is all in the machine. . .

But I do find this hilarious. . .

Keep up teh good work!

Haha You know, this reminds me of the older games. (Black and white) The nurse Joy's would be like "Thank you!" and then you'd be clicking 'A', and you wouldn't be able to go for like five minutes. xD

Joy is a miracle worker

It's a machine that scans the Pokeballs and heals the Pokemon inside. DUH!

I used to always think that "we hope to see you again" implied nurse Joy wanted my Pokemon to get injured again so I'd have to come back to the Pokemon center.

Maybe it injects the pokemon with shots of potions and ethers

I read a comic where Nurse Joy puts them in the machine, they go down to a Chansey, the Chansey throws the balls into a incinerator, and then replaces them with a same thing of the species that were burned.

they scan the Pokemon, then they spray the Pokeballs with a special liquid that heals the Pokemon from the inside.

Super awesome guest: I read that too! I'm really not sure how they give the trainer back a different pokemon and not have them realize it's something different. I mean, they'd have to find one the exact same level and gender AND nature AND possibly pokeball, right?
