Improper Labeling: My 10th Comic here Outside the other specific types, how are you supposed to tell each of them apart from each other?

Imagine if you're in a battle with someone and you want to send out your fire type to trash their ice types, but you send out a flying type instead... that would kind of suck.

Imagine you send out that one wimpy pokemon that you just caught. D:

Smart comic Akuma good idea but.

In the Manga (Which is radically different from the Anime), it shows pictures of semi-transparent tops, the red part. This way Red could tell who he was sending out, ect. Though I don't know how he'd tell them apart otherwise....

The closest I've seen to labeling was when one of the "one-season sub-rivals" had marks/symbols on his pokeballs. Granted, you still couldn't tell who was in which, but at least he knew that the pokeballs were his.

Akuma, why do you have Dawn sprites?

Reply AkumaTh, August 17th, 2009, 11:54 am

To Gadoink I got them off The Spriter's Resource. It was her episode that inspired this comic.

Yeah Iw I could do a character to teh anime, I coult do so, that le labels his pokeballs to each Pokemon

I have a theory, all trainers have a chip intheir brain and all pokeballs have a chip in them, when you capture a pokemon the pokeball chip downloads the data of that pokemon and sends said data to the trainers brain, so they always know what pokemon is in which pokeball

the Pokeballs probably had a sound thingy that makes you know which one contains.
