Ok... This comic is pretty self-explanitory.
This has happend to me plenty of times, how does a giant tidal wave miss?!
Sorry for not posting in a while, I've been spending too much time on RoosterTeeth.com. If you like humor, and don't mind swear words, you should check this site out.
Kudos if you find out where I got my eye style from in this comic!

how can an earthquake miss?
in the anime, aura sphere is dodged all the time, but not force palm.

To dodge an earthquake, all you gotta do is JUMP! But surf? I dunno. Does the wave evaporate in midair?

Yeah . . . I've wondered the exact same thing. Ha ha, nicely done.

A Wizard did it, a dancing bannana wizard with a lightsaber

If it's a Water type... Then of course it can miss! Water type Pokemon are like Waterbenders in Avatar: The Last Airbender & The Legend of Korra. They can just bend the wave away from them. If they're mean, the wave will crash into their Fire-type partner's FACE.(In double battles.)

It's not how the wave misses but what it's hitting if it misses........
