This is what I thought of when playing FireRed a while ago. It said I better not use the phone, and I was like, "Why not?!" Aside from calling authorities, how awesome would it be to make phone calls with Team Rocket paying the bill!

Maybe I shouldn't do gags that I'm afraid only I will think are funny though . . . Been a while since I've done one so thought I should!

I THINK That is the reason why TR disbanded. Giovanni refused to pay the phone bill because he's too cheap for security AND phone.
